Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
In recognition of the substantial time and effort required to prepare for each consultation, we’ve established the following payment terms and cancellation policy to protect both your interests and ours, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Payment Terms
To secure your appointment, the full consultation fee of $500 is due at the time of booking. This upfront payment confirms your commitment and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to prepare for your personalized session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while accounting for the preparatory work involved:
- Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours Before the Appointment:
- You will receive a refund of $400, minus any applicable payment processing fees and costs associated with issuing the refund.
- This refund amount considers the initial preparation already undertaken for your session.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Appointment:
- You will receive a refund of $250, minus any applicable payment processing fees and costs associated with issuing the refund.
- By this time, significant preparatory work has been completed, and the reduced refund reflects the effort invested.
Please note that all refunds will have the applicable payment processing fees deducted, as these charges are non-recoverable expenses imposed by payment vendors such as PayPal or Stripe.
Rescheduling Policy
We aim to accommodate your scheduling needs while ensuring that rescheduling requests are made in a timely manner:
- Rescheduling with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice:
- You may reschedule your appointment once without any additional fees, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
- This policy allows flexibility while respecting the time reserved for you.
- Rescheduling with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice:
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a $50 administrative fee.
- This fee accounts for the adjustments and additional coordination required on short notice.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full consultation fee. The time has been specifically reserved for you, and a no-show prevents others from utilizing this opportunity.
